Solution: 

Private Information Manager is installed and run as a separate component from Dell Data Protection | Access.

  • Navigate to:
    C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Access\Advanced\Wave\Private Information Manager
  • Select Private Information Manager Application
  • Open the application or for ease of access, create a shortcut by right-clicking and selecting Send to > Desktop.

Note: PIM is currently supported for use only with Internet Explorer. PIM is compatible with both 32 and 64 bit Operating Systems on machines running DDP|A.
